If you’re not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, we’re here to help.
To initiate a return, please contact us through the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at hello@nilori.com. Be sure to include your Order Number, or the name and email address used at checkout so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to make changes. If canceled within the 24-hour window, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

We stand behind NILORI™ and the relief it brings. If you’re not completely satisfied after using the product for at least 14 days, you may return it anytime within 60 days of receiving your order. Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack each order, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, please email hello@nilori.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll evaluate your case and determine if you're eligible for a free replacement.
Please note: We do not replace or refund items with damage due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. Packaging damage (e.g., dented boxes) is not considered damage if the product itself is unharmed.
Shipping and Delivery
We strive to ship orders promptly, but shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors are beyond our control. NILORI™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. For any delivery issues, please reach out to the courier directly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If there is an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement if the order is delivered to the wrong address.
