Shipping Information

At NILORI, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders—because helping your baby breathe easier shouldn’t come with extra costs.


Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once your package has been handed off to our shipping carrier, it will be marked as dispatched and begin its journey to you. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping timeframes depend on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched. While delivery times can vary, here are general estimates based on your region:

🇺🇸 United States: 5–10 business days
🌎 International Orders: 7–20 business days

Note: Customs processing and courier delays during high-traffic times may occasionally extend these estimates.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It is your responsibility to enter the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Errors or incomplete info may delay your order or cause it to be canceled.

If we detect a possible issue with your shipping details, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days of your order. If we do not hear back, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you catch a mistake after placing your order, email us at hello@nilori.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order begins processing.


Delayed Delivery

While we work hard to ship your order promptly, delivery delays can occur due to things outside our control—like courier delays, weather conditions, or transportation issues.

We’ll notify you immediately if there’s a delay caused by product availability, payment verification, or address issues. While NILORI cannot guarantee delivery dates, we always do our best to keep you informed and assist where we can.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, we are no longer in control of the package. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the courier directly to file a claim. At the same time, feel free to contact us at hello@nilori.com—we’ll do our best to assist and follow up with the carrier.

While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
